RUN IT MULTIPLE TIMES
“Run It Multiple Times” is a feature that allows players to run the board more than once if they go all-in before the river. The number of run-outs is mutually agreed upon between the players at the table. Each “run” is treated as a separate hand, and the pot is divided based on the outcome of each run.
Note: The interactive option for Run It Multiple Times is enabled only when two players are involved in the hand. After both players go all-in, the player with the highest equity can choose how the board will run. Once the opponent accepts, they can run the board once, twice, or in the RIT+ format.
Run It Twice or RIT
In Run It Twice or RIT tables, when all players involved in a hand go all-in, the remaining community cards are dealt in two separate runs. Each run is treated as an independent hand, and the pot is divided based on the results of each run.
Run It Twice⁺¹ or RIT⁺¹
In Run It Twice⁺¹ or RIT⁺¹ tables, the board is initially run twice. If the same player wins the main pot for both of the run-outs, a third board will be dealt.
Interactive Run It Multiple Times
The interactive option for Run It Multiple Times is enabled only when two players are involved in the hand. After both players go all-in, the player with the highest equity can choose how the board will run. Once the opponent accepts, they can run the board once, twice, or in the RIT⁺¹ format.
FAQs
When two players involved in the hand go all-in before the river and agree to run the board multiple times, the remaining community cards are dealt multiple times. The number of times the board will run depends on the agreement between the players, with each run to be considered as one individual hand.
- Run It Twice (RIT) is when all players involved in the hand go all-in and agree to run the board twice. The remaining community cards will be dealt for two separate boards. The pot is split between the winners of each board.
- RIT⁺¹ is like RIT, with the chance for a third board. Initially, the board will run twice. But if the same player wins both the boards, a third board will be dealt. If different players win the first two boards, the third board will not be dealt.
When two players are all-in before the river in interactive “Run It Multiple Times,” the player with the highest equity will get the option to run the board once, twice, or RIT⁺¹ times:
The player with the highest equity can choose:
- Once: The second player has no choice, and the board will be dealt one time only.
- RIT: The second player gets the option to accept or reject it. If they reject it, the board will be dealt once. If they accept it, the board will be dealt twice.
- RIT⁺¹: The second player gets the option to accept or reject it. If they reject it, the board will be dealt once, but if they accept it, the board will be dealt twice. If both the boards are won by the same player, the third board will be dealt.
This option is available on cash tables, except AoF and Bomb Pot tables. Other tables can have mandatory RIT and RIT+1.
Players have 10 seconds to decide if they want to run the board multiple times.
The interactive option appears after the pot value crosses a certain threshold and both players involved in the hand have gone all-in before the river.
