MULTI-DAY TOURNAMENTS
What is a Multi-Day Tournament?
A Multi-Day Tournament is a two-stage tournament format designed to handle large-scale participation, often resulting in a bigger guaranteed prize pool. It spans across multiple days and includes several ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ซ๐ฌ (also referred to as Day 1 flights in poker), where players compete to secure a seat in the ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ event (or Day 2).
How Does It Work?
- Players can enter any Qualifier.
- The objective in each Qualifier is simple: survive until the last level of that Qualifier.
- Players who survive advance to the Final with the exact chip stack they had at the end of the Qualifier.
- Each Qualifier runs up to a fixed level (e.g. Level 30).
- Once all Qualifiers are completed, the Final event begins, and the competition lasts until one winner remains.
What Happens If I Qualify More Than Once?
If a player qualifies through multiple Qualifiers, only their highest surviving stack is carried forward to the Final. The rest are discarded.
Why Play a Multi-Day Tournament?
Bigger Prize Pools
More participants across multiple days means the prize pool is often significantly larger than standard single-day tournaments.
Multiple Chances to Qualify
Canโt make it in one attempt? Join another Qualifier and try again, without needing to wait for an entire tournament to restart.
Play at Your Convenience
With Qualifiers spread across days and time slots, players can choose events that suit their schedule.
Strategic Depth
Players can adopt different strategies across multiple Qualifiers to try to bring their biggest stack to the Final.
Lower Buy-In Options
Qualifiers often have smaller buy-ins compared to a direct-entry tournament with a similar prize pool.
