COINPROTECT
CoinProtect is a set of protocols we have in place to ensure a safe, secure, and fair gaming experience for all poker lovers.
CoinProtect Policies
RNG Certified
RNG, or a Random Number Generator, is responsible for dealing cards randomly to our users. RNG Certification is a global standard that gives the seal of approval, affirming an online platform’s adherence to RNG standards.
Payment Security
CoinPoker does not store any payment information from users. All payment details are routed through an end-to-end encrypted channel. No personal information is shared with payment gateways.
Transparency
You can observe cash games and tournament tables without making any deposit. You can also view your past hands through the Hand History tab, which allows you to analyse where you went right or wrong during poker games.
No-Cheating
No form of hardware manipulation, software-level tampering, use of third-party apps, or attempts to gain unfair leverage over other players will be tolerated on CoinPoker.
How CoinPoker Keeps Poker Games Safe
Device Identification
A comprehensive set of tools monitors public-facing data to ensure that fraudsters involved in multi-accounting, device tampering, or technical manipulation are blocked at the entry point.
RTA & Bot Signature Detection
Any users found using RTA (Real-Time Assistance) will face a permanent ban on CoinPoker. We also run machine learning algorithms to detect bot patterns and take prompt action, ensuring CoinPoker remains a bot-free zone.
Fraud Pattern
We maintain a fraud score for each user, calculated using multiple parameters such as playstyle patterns, win rates, and other behavioral indicators.
Not Allowed At CoinPoker
Real-Time Assistance
While running the CoinPoker app, players are not allowed to use unauthorized applications that provide real-time assistance or unfair advantages. Blocked applications include, but are not limited to, ICMIZER, PokerSnowie, GTOWizard, Equilab, PioSolver, MonkerSolver and any other poker solvers.
Unauthorized Access
Accessing CoinPoker using app cloning, app tampering, or any methods that interfere with standard app functionality is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Multi-Accounting
Multi-accounting occurs when a player creates more than one account, intentionally or unintentionally. For example, if Player A creates an alternate account to play against Player B without revealing their identity, Player A gains an unfair advantage while Player B plays at an unfair loss. This is strictly prohibited, as transparency is critical to fair gameplay.
Chip Dumping
Chip dumping is when one player intentionally loses chips to benefit another player, and is not allowed at CoinPoker.
Derogatory Remarks
Using foul, abusive, or offensive language towards other players during gameplay is prohibited.
Collusion
Collusion occurs when two or more players coordinate to gain an unfair advantage over others. This is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban, with any balance confiscated and redistributed to the affected players.
Software Manipulation
Tampering with the CoinPoker app using debugging tools, scripts, or other methods designed to alter or bypass the intended experience is forbidden.
Virtual Machines
The use of virtual machines or emulators to hide device identity is prohibited, except on Mac computers. This includes software such as Oracle VM VirtualBox, VMware, Parallels, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nox, Bluestacks, Genymotion, and MEmu.
Identity Theft
Using another player’s identity during KYC is illegal and will result in an immediate ban. Players must always use their own valid KYC details when necessary.
Remote Access Tools (RATs)
Remote access tools enable external access to devices, which can lead to unfair advantages or collusion. Use of tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn, Chrome Remote Desktop, and Remote PC is strictly prohibited to protect gameplay integrity and player privacy.
Screen Sharing
Screen sharing can expose gameplay information and allow external assistance, compromising fairness. Use of screen-sharing software such as Zoom, Skype, Discord (with screen share), Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet is strictly prohibited while using CoinPoker.
Enforcement
Any of the above actions may lead to immediate suspension of your account and confiscation of funds.
